Join us at East Bank Yoga every Tuesday evening for Hatha yoga, 5:30-6:30-pm and Beginners’ yoga 7:00-8:00pm
The second Wednesday of each month restore your midweek with a gentle yoga class. with a journey into the deeper layers of ourselves, we tune into our inner workings, connecting to sensations within the muscles and joints.
Class ends with an essential oil treatment.  5:45-6:45pm
