 It is an absolute joy to see you at East Bank Yoga. We "meet" in meditation, relieve stress,  and add more peace and wisdom into our lives.  

 To serve our youth I will have a tutor starting in July for students 7th through 12th grade.  Class time 10:30-11:30 on Saturday mornings.  $15.00  Registration required through contacting eastbankyoga@gmail.com

I am super happy with the new location for East Bank Yoga operating out of Hills Stainless Steel, 4100 N. Northview Ave, Sioux Falls, SD.   It’s just a jaunt away from Russell and Kiwanis. There is a large window facing a field.   Asana is one of the eight limbs of classical yoga which states that asana should be steady and comfortable, firm yet relaxed. More than just stretching, asana open the energy channels, chakras and psychic centers of the body. Life is a process and a skill so let’s take the time to know yoga and let it know us.
