Prenatal Yoga

Sundays, September 9, 16, 23, & 30
2:00-3:00pm

*Meet other expectant mothers 
*Bond with your baby 
*Gently stretch to relieve tension
*Develop useful breathing and relaxation techniques
*Build strength in preparation for childbirth
