The class will include introduction and practice of relaxation
techniques and yoga stretches. Some of the many benefits of yoga include lower blood pressure, increased blood circulation, improved strength and flexibility, and a pleasant boost in energy.
It is edifying to see people show up for yoga classes enduring some cold temps before arriving at a warm studio. You got to Move. We all have our various motives for our yoga practice. Unlikely we are thinking about how our practice increases our circulation thus promoting cell growth and organ function, lowering our heart rate and allowing toxins to leave the system. Namaste, Jill
