Guide to Meditation ~ Jill ~ Saturday, 6/25 1:00-2:00pm

Regular practice of meditation allows us to gain mastery over our minds so that we can still our thoughts to focus on the experience of being.  When we mentally dwell on the past or the future, we may miss the experience of living in the present moment.  Setting and visualizing goals is wonderful, however we can bring our thoughts into our current experience by taking steps to create them now. Begin the foundation of a meditation practice and experience a variety of methods.  $10.00 cash or check

PiYo is a dynamic, faster paced class designed to effectively improve functional training and dynamic balance using moves inspired by Pilates, Yoga, Athletic Conditioning and Functional Training. Angali is leading a new instructor training at the SDSU Wellness Center in Brookings, SD on Saturday, August 27 from 9:00-5:00. 4th Wednesday of the month 6:00-7:00pm Maintain a mindfully, fluid pace. Warm down will consist of releasing muscle tension. Embrace relaxation and harmony in savasana.
