Breathing Simply with Dawn Kirsch

We are pleased to welcome Dawn Kirsch to East Bank Yoga.  She will be offering a 6 week series focused on conscious breathing, beginning in March.
"Breathing Simply teaches you how to free your breath, clearing restrictive breathing patterns, so you can let go of old constricting emotions and self-limiting mental patterns."

Families, Friendship, & Fun!

Thank you to all the families who came out and helped us create a fun yoga practice - focused onFriendship and the Heart.  We played with heart-opening poses and made heart shapes big and small - like this giant heart!
