I completed my yoga teacher training at Sun Moon Yoga Studio in Mankato, MN. Having been an avid long distance runner for many years I’ve found that I am equally passionate about yoga. Yoga in Sanskrit means “To Unite” and this is one of the many aspects of yoga that has resonated with me. Each time I practice I gain insight. In addition to insight I’ve found transformative energy, healing, and continue to be in awe of the intelligence and beauty of yoga. It is an honor to share yoga with others.
I am an inspired advocate with an intent to create a supportive, ongoing and evolving yoga practice.
I have a perennial interest in the study of yoga. Classes consist of weaving the ancient wisdom of meditation and pranayama combined with cultivating, building and maintaining strength and flexibility in the body.
