New Class at East Bank Yoga

If you have not had a chance to take a yoga class from Colleen Carl yet, you are in for a treat.  Colleen has a warm personality and is an E-RYT yoga instructor with at least 1000 hours of teaching experience.  Baptiste yoga is an accessible yet challenging and flowing form of yoga that will lead you to a state of transformation.  It will sculpt, tone and hone the muscles of your body and your mind.  Classes are based on a structure of 53 asanas in 11 series within a 60 – 75 minute class.  Within the consistency of this proven structure, there are many modifications and variations that serve the needs of all experience levels.  Get ready to take your practice seriously, but yourself lightly as you explore your edge, discover your strength, and awaken your spirit.    Come enjoy a Saturday morning or evening class with Colleen.  Check the website calendar for class times.

Yin Yoga is a quiet class focusing on spending more time in a stretch, enabling deep connective tissues and joints to open.  This style allows you to completely surrender to being present with each pose and assists in relieving tension.  This class is suitable for all levels of students.

March Blooms with New Instructors

Jennie will be teaching Hatha/ Vinyasa Yoga at 5:15pm -- head on over right after work to hit the refresh button for your body and mind.
This class is open to all levels, starts with slow gentle movements, and progresses to more vigorous breath-synchronized movements.
