Warm Greetings, I find Amy Matthews, co-author of the book Yoga Anatomy to be an intelligent and insightful instructor.  I came across 2 statements she made recently that I relate to and simply love. Alignment is dynamic, it is not a fixed position. Support rises from relationship rather than holding. I relate to this in my personal practice and as an instructor mull over how to get someone to that place of coming into an asana and connecting with listening to the wisdom of the body, making those lovely subtle adjustments when called upon. He just happens to be anatomy savvy so while I developed 2 classes based on an interview for his needs I in turn enjoyed the discussion brought forth as we moved through each yoga class I created for him.
