Did you know that every Saturday morning, a different yoga instructor will be offering a yoga class unique to his or her style and training? That means you, the student, can sample a range of styles from Baptiste to Yin!
Teacher Feature #1
This Saturday, March 17th at 9am, begin your St. Patty's Day with the Sweet Surrender of Yin Yoga with Jill Moncur!
Yin Yoga is a quiet class focusing on spending more time in a stretch, enabling deep connective tissues and joints to open. This style allows you to completely surrender to being present with each pose and assists in relieving tension. This class is suitable for all levels of students.
Jill Moncur, RYT 200, Reiki I
Jill completed her Yoga Teacher Training from Sun Moon Yoga Studio in Mankato, MN. Having been an avid long distance runner for many years, she's found that she is equally passionate about yoga. In Sanskrit, yoga means "To Unite" and this is one of the many aspects of yoga that has resonated with Jill. Each time she practices she gains insight, finds transformative energy and healing, and continues to be in awe of the intelligence and beauty of yoga. She feels it is an honor to share yoga with others.
