New Yoga for Youth Classes in April

Yogi Junior: Ages 6-12
Saturdays, 12:30-1:15pm, starts April 14th
This 6-week series introduces yoga postures, breathing, and meditations in a fun environment - with music and stories based on each week's theme.

Teen's Yoga
Sunday, April 15th, 2:00-3:00pm
Teens: De-stress and Express yourself!  Expressive Yoga™for Teens creates a fun space where teens can explore yoga poses, breath, and relaxation at their own pace.  Only $5, so invite a friend!
