A Sweet, Simple, & Healthy Recipe to Share...
I found these cookies to be sweet, soft, and delicious!
3 ripe bananas
2 cups rolled oats
1 cup dates, pitted & chopped
1/3 cup grapeseed oil (I used canola)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350. Mash bananas, stir in oats, dates, oil, and vanilla. Mix well and allow to sit for 15 minutes. Drop by teaspoonful onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly golden brown.
Note: I didn't add chocolate chips (pictured above), but afterwards, I thought they would be a yummy addition.
