Noon Yoga at EBY is Twice as Nice

We are excited that there are now TWO Noon Yoga classes being offered every week:
Colleen Carl is teaching Hour of Power every Monday, Noon to 1pm.
An energizing flow class of meditation in motion that will empower you in body, mind and spirit. This class is taught in the style of Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga. Learn to go with the flow, find your edge, and practice at your own level. All levels welcome!

Maria Travers is teaching Peaceful Yoga every Thursday, Noon to 1pm.
Enjoy a mini midday retreat with this gentle, flowing practice. Class ends with a serene meditation, including light, hands-on adjustments that invite deep relaxation. Open to all levels.
