New Mama Yoga - BYOB (Bring Your Own Baby!)
New Mama Yoga is an awesome way to balance the endocrine system and appreciate the amazing body you have.
Practice self-love right alongside baby-love.
Join other Mindful Mamas and their littles as we restore hormonal wellness, get in touch with our new mama bodies, and bond with our babies.
*This class is for all levels of yoginis – beginners welcome. Newborns up until Crawling.
