Guide to Meditation ~ Jill ~ Saturday, 6/25 1:00-2:00pm
Regular practice of meditation allows us to gain mastery over our minds so that we can still our thoughts to focus on the experience of being. When we mentally dwell on the past or the future, we may miss the experience of living in the present moment. Setting and visualizing goals is wonderful, however we can bring our thoughts into our current experience by taking steps to create them now. Begin the foundation of a meditation practice and experience a variety of methods. $10.00 cash or check

body listens to the mind which can lead to holding unnecessary tension. Meditation helps calm the mind. Meditation can provide emotional support by
reducing anxiety. Research indicates
meditation may help manage pain, depression and resolve sleep issues. Join Jill for a Guide to Meditation class on Wednesday, January 20, 1:15-2:15pm. $10.00 This class will cover various types of
meditation and include practice.
There is a request for prenatal yoga and interest in additional participants to bring the rate down to the group rate of $17.00 per participant. If a group of 2 or more can be met Prenatal Yoga will take place on Saturdays twice a month from 2:00-3:00pm. Nurture yourself and your little one with a beginner friendly class.
