Physically yoga helps in stretching tight muscles while strengthening weak muscles. Additional benefits of a yoga practice include cardio and circulatory health, reducing stress and have frequently been correlated with a stronger immune system. Join me in a mindful paced practice.
Tuesdays Reserve a Yoga Class, 7:10-8:00pm
Class options include, Vinyasa, Very Beginners Yoga, Hatha, and Restorative Yoga. $40.00 Reserve a minimum of 24 hours in advance via email@example.com or 605.334.5292. Class will be scheduled in order reserved.
First Wednesday of the month 5:45-6:45pm ~ Hatha Yoga
Journeying into the deeper layers of ourselves, we tune into our inner workings, connecting to sensations within the muscles and joints.
Second Wednesday of the month, 5:45-6:45pm ~ Gentle Yoga
A practice consisting of gentle yoga. Optional well-being offerings include smudging (clearing negative energy) soothing hands on adjustments at the beginning and end of class and a warm essential oil treatment.
Third Wednesday of the month, 5:45-6:45pm ~ Prana Flow Wind Down Slow
A practice of contemplative yoga flow.
Saturday Beginners Yoga, 9:00-10:00am, 12/2 & 12/23

Meditation Group, Saturday, 2:00-3:00pm, 12/23
Meditation quiets the mind allowing you to detach from stress. As you calm the mind your body naturally follows along. It is the empty cup that can receive. Blankets and mats available. Welcome to anyone who has a practice or new to meditation. Reflective discussion takes place in between meditation sessions. $10.00 cash or check.
