Let's Move

It is with delight that the hip strengthening exercises I implemented a little over a month ago I note are now completed with ease and confidence by all in class.
A new exercise along with following through with the ancient wisdom of yoga poses indeed is a refreshing re-set for the mind, body and soul.
Join me this evening at 5:45, and every third Wednesday for Prana Flow Wind Down Slow Yoga.  Warm up, Vinyasa, and ease in to keeping the muscles warm and comfortable for winding down.
